Pros
You get to make your own money and its extremely lucrative. You sometimes get to work your own schedule when things work well within the schedules.
Cons
HR department is non existent and all of upper management are white males "the good ol boys club" no diversity in management and discriminatory. In NC you had to clean shave every day as well and wear a suit and tie which was very backwards compared to other jobs. No job security and if you didn't make yourself familiar with guidelines they would just ask for your key if you didn't follow one correctly. If a phone or case went missing on your shift they didn't have Loss prevention or anything like that they would just take it out of everyone's commission check that was working. if you didn't sell a phone right or if you did and the agreement didn't stick onto the account they would charge you full retail for not selling the phone correctly. (someone I knew got charged for 3 i phones straight to his commission)
