Pros

If you work in a busy location you can make decent money

Cons

Poor Leadership, store managers are full of themselves, love drama, have group chats discussing said drama. The hiring decisions and training for new reps is done by a clueless individual that teaches the new employees next to nothing. Hiring is usually handled by a person at corporate in Tennessee. She is extremely disorganized, makes shift changes without informing reps or managers sometimes less than an hour before a shift. If you have an issue and go to HR you may as well resign they are a drama factory and whatever you bring up will be spread and gossiped about company wide. Ever changing commission systems. Store managers will encourage you to add features to customers plans without their permission. No morality whatsoever. Horrible environment.

Pros

They boast a high ceiling, and there are reps who can make mid-six figures. Work schedule can be very flexible for life's ups and downs.

Cons

As a commission-only job in a customer-service based industry there are days you'll work all day and make $0. There's no in-store management and operations and standards seem to vary in every location. Some situations the employee has to call into their partner support team which is nearly exclusively overseas, and every call can easily eat up 45 minutes or more for a seeminly simple issue.
