      Uncapped income. Verizon products and services

      Cons

      No paid time off. Good old boy system at best. No diversity in leadership. No accrued vacation. No sick day leave. Confused management hierarchy system. Hey you promotion system.

      the pay is excellent with commission

      Cons

      they constantly find and write you up for issues beyond your doing. When they do so they are quick to NOT look into or investigate, they just assume. In my time there the company let go at least 2 people a week. This left others to cover 10 to 12 hour work shifts as well as work 7 days a week.

We would love to hear more about what you were written up for and we can see if we can investigate further, this will help avoid other sales consultants having the same problems in the future. We do schedule consultants for 5 shifts a week, allowing people to pick up, drop, and swap shifts if they so desire.
