Pros

You have the uncapped potential to determine your own income and schedules are flexible. You get to party with your manager. You get a line of service until you leave at a discounted price...you have to bring your own phone.

Cons

If you want a work-life balance you can't work a lot and you make little money. You have to work almost 7 days a week and 8 hours a day to really be successful in this company. And when you leave the company they tell you you will get half of your commission when you leave and 6 months later they tell you you will get half of your remaining commission but then they come up with all of the excuses on why they're not going to pay you out 6 months later...for example "Your charge backs were greater than your commission so we're not going to pay you anything." Oh and they shove older devices down customers throats instead of newer devices because the company is designed to pay out more commission for older phones.

Pros

There is not any pros.

Cons

You do all the work while others make money. You share your pay with others that don't know how to work. If I Make $200 on one sale I have to share it with everyone there. So if 4 ppl are there I only get $50. I would have to drive 2 hours to work on certain days

Pros

Ability to work less hours and make a good amount of money. There's a bit of flexibility with choosing your monthly schedule.

Cons

Since its 100% commission there is a lot of shady sales that happen on behalf of reps, management overlooks it as long as it brings in money and new business for the company. If you're not a top performer, than management could really care less about you. Reps will screw over other reps for their own benefit. 100% commission means charging bogus fees that aren't charged at corporate stores to add more money to your paycheck. Reps only push the phones that make them the most money, regardless of whether the customer wants it or its in their best interest to buy it. If you're ok with lying to customers and being misleading to make money, this is the place for you!
