      Pros

      Work life balance..short shifts..great money.....Have to be willing to get over on customer a little make great money

      Cons

      No paid vacations, no pto, no sick time, commission gets smaller and smaller, have to sell in the gray area.....they charge more for phones than other Verizons to make more money....management first than employees...last minute minutes that are mandatory....no coaching ...very hard to start...no pay for two months

      They keep cutting pay on phones Doubled the minimum quotas within the last 4 months 100% commission So stressful not knowing if you will get paycheck Crappy reps screw customers over and you clean up their mess

      The hours and work locations are flexible, as they are selected by the employee. The job is 100% commission and you have no limit on the amount of money you can earn. It is a team environment with many opportunities to grow and learn new skills. As you become successful you will have the opportunity to advance in the company.

      Cons

      100% commission is not for everyone. Compensation is literally based on hard work and results, and if you do not commit it will be hard to succeed.
