Initial training was longer than said. Training took a month where they said it would only take three weeks. They talk about all of this opportunity to make money when it really just isn't there. Yes, you're suppose to hustle to get your money but in today's world that's hard when there's a lot of better deals online or elsewhere that customers are aware of. Also to note, your hours are either 6 hours a day or 12 hours a day there's really a no in-between or normal work hours.
When I started I was full-time then they cut my hours down to part-time, even though the job stated it was a full-time job. You also have to travel between locations depending on what team you're on.
They pay out good commission BUT everyone wants the iPhone or Note8, which pays out the least. It's hard to sell the phones that pay out the most. Most you'll make on an iPhone bundle is $120.
You'll also have to wait three months or in most cases longer to see a commission check. You do get a draw check depending on the hours you've worked but that's nothing, really.
ALSO if you're a female employee depending where you work and what employees you are working with you will most likely get sexually harassed on a daily basis. I've experienced it and witnessed it and have heard stories from other female employees and management doesn't care.
