Pros
I truly cannot think of any.
Cons
The managers come off as very kind and caring to reel you in, but once you are in you are just another number. Management prides themselves on being very religious, but treats people terribly. Excessive profanity used about one another, to one another, and about customers. I witnessed a co-worker refer to a customer as the "C-word" at one point. Taking an actual lunch break was frowned upon. You were laughed at and ridiculed (usually behind your back) if you left at your scheduled off time of 5pm rather than working late. There are cameras and microphones at each persons desk in order to be monitored the entire time you are on shift. It was truly just a very degrading feeling working here. You were beneath the owner and the managers and they wanted you to know that. Training is practically non-existent. Instead you spend your day in random stand up meetings where everyone yells and bickers at one another about something for 10-20 minutes. Just very un-professional and as a whole, a very uncomfortable environment. I never in my life experienced such a terrible experience at in any job quite like this.
