great co workers helped the day go faster

Cons

Work 60+ hours with cold calling, get paid for 40 -- brag about being a Veteran based company - it's a stretch - but if you want off for Memorial Day, you don't get paid - unless you take a vacation day. No paid holidays, must use your 10 vacation days for holidays -

Pros

Really easy going staff. Was always fun at work. Ownership is easy going and always there to help if you ask for it. They have an open door and are willing to talk and help you meet expectations so that you can thrive in your position with the company. Always understandable with time needed off and family emergencies.

Cons

There are very little Cons that I can think of.

Pros

As someone who has other passions that they are pursuing, I am sure thankful for the flexibility of the management team. They knew when hiring me that I had other things going in my life that I was reaching for and have been very supportive and worked with my sometimes "odd" work schedule. They have never one time questioned my PTOs whether they were work or personal related. Also, as someone who had really no background in sales, they took a chance on me and have helped me reach goals that I never thought I would. And for that, I am forever grateful.

Cons

We need some more laughter!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We always encourage employees to have a work-life balance, and pursue their interests outside of work. Each position is different within the company regarding deadlines; some are able to be more flexible than others. We enjoyed watching you grow in your role, building upon your skill sets and reaching professional goals. I appreciate your hard work.
