GREAT BENEFITS! CalPERS pension (who offer a pension anymore?! Health insurance that the company pays most so staff cost is less than when I worked at a major insurance plan. Lots of celebrations. Lots of opportunities to get involved in charitable efforts. Fresh fruit for everyone every day. Great facilities. Lots of friendly people. And you help your neighbors get healthcare. Thank Who wouldn’t enjoy that?

Cons

Sometimes they keep people too long that should have been let go. Some people don’t appreciate how great the company is...until they go to work somewhere else.

Great Benefits, PTO, schedule flexibility, some really great people

Cons

Pay inequality (men vs women), the people who seem to work more get paid less, no accountability. They say they have room for growth but certain management do not provide or support growth.
