      Pros

      You never take work home if you're in an entry level position.

      Cons

      Upper management will throw you under the bus to save themselves. Backstabbing culture. Reorgs all the time. Very little room to grow.

      Pros

      Great benefits and a workplace full of great people. Management team that cares about individuals and provides tools to move forward.

      Cons

      Restructuring the company in regards to bankruptcy has been good in a few aspects, but isn't always beneficial to the customer. Being on the "front lines" we hear frustration from customers but don't have the comfort or confidence to share with upper management. The moral has definitely taken a downturn.
