Thank you for sharing your thoughts, it’s great to hear that you found the development opportunities valuable. We recognise the importance of strong communication across all levels of the organisation and creating a stronger sense of connection to our wider goals is an area we’re actively working on through clearer communication, introducing more structured updates, strengthening manager communication, more thorough management training and creating more opportunities for open dialogue across teams and with leadership. As well as this we have revitalized our ERGs and D&I council with a specific focus on employee belonging and well-being. And finally, the newly integrated content team has laid out a new content strategy and is issuing further detailed sets of guidance on a regular basis to help editors and reporters have a clear understanding of the path forward. Thanks again for your feedback.

Pros

Hybrid working, nice people culture comitte events

Cons

Poor management structure - managers won’t prepare for their calls with upper management which causes stress for the team being asked to do tasks within a short time frame or being asked multiple questions at once whilst trying to concentrate .A lot of time wasted on filling out different sheets with no long term strategy. Lack of humanisation, managers lack decent people skills to build a team and set unrealistic expectations and goals. There’s a lack of well planned ideas and strategy . Rigid rules, incentives are very poor. Managers need more training on being mindful of people’s mental heath and not speak to members as if they are children.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about some of your Centellic experiences. Please be assured we take this seriously, and recognize the impact management approach and planning can have on teams. We offer training and resources to all our managers, including mental wellbeing support, and we continually assess where more training and support may be needed. We take supporting our colleagues' wellbeing very seriously, and offer an Employee Assistance Program as well as benefits and education through our Wellness employee representative group.

Pros

There are no positives of working here that wouldn’t easily be beaten by moving to another company

Cons

Offensively low pay, zero training, no direction, strange and unpleasant colleagues, remarkably rigid thinking for a small and supposedly dynamic company, the product is basically a collection of hyper-expensive blogs
