Pros

LBR is a very fast moving company with loads going on and many new projects to work on. There are some interesting products, great people and a supportive atmosphere.

Cons

There is so much going on that it sometimes feels like it could be better organised to make sure that no teams get overwhelmed.

The company culture – it values people being kind to one another, employee work/life balance, and encourages learning new skills. Good people are generally noticed and rewarded.

Cons

Lack of cohesive leadership – as the company is an umbrella for many brands it can feel quite disjointed at times, and the pace of change in each of these departments can feel chaotic when not managed properly.

The company is growing and has plans to develop new products and evolve. Good career opportunities - much more effort being put into professional development - coaching/ courses/ career path etc Good bunch of people to work with and in better times a vibrant social scene Lots of CSR activity - which for a company of this size is impressive

Cons

Working for an ambitious company means that there is always more to be done, getting the balance of workload & priorities right can be tricky.
