      Pros

      Lots of really interesting and clever people. Lots of socialising with colleagues. Clients are often fun and there was lots of international travel available. Good spring board to other careers,

      Cons

      Lots of management have been there for a longtime and may be blocking the way for advancement for others. HR were pretty awful in the past.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture- lots of benefits afforded when targets are met. Great opportunities to develop skills, travel with work and engage face to face with clients. Great opportunities to develop an understanding of the legal business community. Opportunities to have training in order to develop sales techniques and key account management.

      Cons

      Offices could do with updating in places, e.g more 'breakout spaces' for staff.
