Good location but little else. Friday pub trips. Generous drinks policy.

Management unsupportive. People working there can seen privileged and a bit unprofessional at times. HR non-existent.

Lots of responsibility for first graduate job, good networking opportunities, interesting cohort of young, bright people

Cons

Tight-fisted management and little training, few opportunities for progression as the hierarchy is fiercely guarded. As a journalist with experience working with many different editors before this job, the editing style seemed counter-intuitive and time-consuming. Sometimes the editors have not been trained for their role and can seem like amateurs.
