At Center for human services, the employees that handle care for the clients on the day-to-day basis or not respected. I have a degree in special education and I was making only $13.50 an hour because my degree was somehow not applicable to working with the people with disabilities, but I had a coworker doing the same job and making just as much as me with less qualifications. Management did not respect your free time. Almost every day I had off I was called and asked to come in. They also preach about inclusion but don’t treat clients with the same respect you would treat a coworker.
