      Pros

      Everyone is really nice, Great team work in our department, hours are flexible and work around my college schedule, and working here has been a lot better than my previous job.

      Cons

      Hours are 8 to 5 but all the pros help make up this con.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good vacation/sick accrual, flexibility. Also for a company that provides services to individuals with disabilities they offer far better pay than other private providers that are a "for profit" company. When rates increased for the providers CHS provided raises to their staff--something other private agencies have not done.

      Cons

      When working direct care the flexibility of hours is just not able to be provided--this is a given with the line of work. work/life balance for staff working in direct care is difficult to maintain. In some departments, management does not always communicate the best.
