      I believe if you can get into the business or Office side of the company, you will do great

      Cons

      I work for one of the daycare’s and nobody knew what they were doing. They were shortstaffed and they expected you to do it all with no help. No bathroom breaks.

      This company cares about you and your family and has tried to find ways to be able to keep listening to their employees to better the agency.

      The company grew too fast and gained a lot of new positions which caused staff to be overworked and overwhelmed.

      The individuals and families are awesome.

      Cons

      The CEO keeps creating positions out of thin air for his friends meanwhile we are expected to carrying all the expansions they've chosen to poorly execute. They promised us raises long ago and keep putting it off then became mad when we advocated for ourselves.
