The pay rate is decent. The nurses are really nice. The overall environment is decent.

Cons

There are no full time hours available in my department. The schedule is never done correctly, it always changes unexpectedly. The rules & regulations always change. My manager sometimes takes my hours & gives it to other people without asking me & blames it on the union.

the only pros is good benefits and make me stay

Cons

poor upper management. making changes without planning ahead. most of the changes are chaotic, causing interruption of the daily operations. feed into gossips and get ride of management staff basing on "someone says". replacing experienced staff with less quality of staff. this company is out of compliance. the consequence is poor healthcare delivery to members.

Upper management is disorganized. Keep changing the path of the company. Fired good , knowledgeable people , replaced with people with little to no experience in their titles
