1199 Benefits and colleagues who share and experience the same stress journey as yourself. If it wasn't for the benefits, not sure what would be the other driving force to do a better job considering unexpected demands with a false reality.

Cons

Disorganized Rehab Management, Poor Leadership skills; management does not provide encouragement rather than authoritative. Severely understaffed in the department with no resolution for the past years.
