you get 1 hour lunch break. It usually is a 9-5 job. For perm employees you work only 35 hrs

Cons

- if you are powerful and know what you are doing chances are your voice will be ignored - too much politics for a small org

4 weeks of vacations plus 12 sick days, sounds good. However you don't have them until you really get them .

Cons

The old management was ok.It was a laid back place. Now it is a different story. The current management there is nasty. There is no such thing as fairness and efficiency.Instead, plenty of politics. All they wan is just enrollment and revenue.It takes months to get a simple thing done, such as ordering a pack of business cards, or reimbursement. A lot of people are leaving this place and go to somewhere better. It is definitely not a place to grow your profession.
