Decent pay and benefits. Dedicated, caring co-workers. Supportive boss.

Cons

Poor leadership from the top. Unclear directives. For example, new initiatives are often implemented in a haphazard way. Details such as who is owning the initiative, potential problems, etc. do not appear to have been planned out. Complete lack of transparency. No communication from upper management about the direction of the organization. Low morale, layoffs of essential staff.

I guess every company have there own Issues and mine is said to say have laid off so many great employees due to budget issues
