Business Outlook
Pros
Staff are committed and caring. Hardworking. Benefits are good, so are salaries. Some areaway above market which is not sustainable when at the same time business outcomes are not good.
Cons
Loeb & Troper has been allowed to run the company in the ground while the board applauds it. Who has EVER seen a product handed over to an outsourced firm with such increase of power with every year (for what 15 years?) while the company implodes. Greed and poor management caused these problems. Hire leadership with actual change management skills and better attitudes. Too many egocentrically driven personalities and that's where you end up.
