      Pros

      You are generally not micro managed, which allows you to work as needed. Unfortunately the flip side of this, is that this is done this way, because of the lack of defined structure regarding those functional elements. No defined process, no P&P.

      Cons

      Seems as though in it's current state they are re-tooling the organization. Re-structuring for what appears to be assimilation by other entity. No structure in their process, no BPs, no ITIL, and upper management is ignorant of what is required for the functional elements to prove to be successful in task completion.

      Pros

      They offer good compensation and plenty of vacation time -- 4 weeks of paid vacation and additional sick days. But here's a catch, which is that you can't take time off during the *6 month* probation period.

      Cons

      Poor communication, almost no concern for training or professional development, constant fighting between the VPs, people who want to accuse each other when something goes wrong rather than focusing on fixing the problem. I saw a lot of people who could be doing much better work if they had better support from their coworkers.

      Pros

      The employees genuinely care about the clients that receive services. Most employees go above and beyond to help the clients as well as their colleagues.

      Cons

      Management hides behind Human Resources and use layoffs as a way to manage poor performance. A lot of "people decisions" are based on who likes you and Senior Management looks down on the Managers and lay people who are providing hands on care the clients. They really try to be a corporate environment but they really are not. CenterLight needs to learn how to treat their employees.
