Pros
It is a big monopoly company that provides essential service so low chance of disappearing.
Cons
Several coworkers left early last year and their work was dumped on me. Those positions still have not been replaced. After filling in for multiple coworkers who left, I received the standard 2% raise after my annual review. They did not even consider sharing with me a portion of all those former coworkers' pay for doing their work. It is past time to go somewhere where one is truly appreciated.
