Great staff and clinicians. Benefits are good.

Cons

It's a work overload for the amount of money they're paying. I recently took on another task and beside that I had to learn another job in case someone is out and yet I don't get some type of bonus for it. I work in Admin and I feel as though I should NOT get paid the same amount of money as someone who does not have experience nor has a degree and I been doing this type of work for 6+ years. Employees do not get enough incentives for the amount of work they do. You don't earn a lot of PTO hours. No Company Holiday parties. it would be nice to meet other staffers from different branches in the same area.

Small office, friendly workers, job description to the point and accurate.

Cons

You can't please everyone, know the rules and be firm with policy, so someone is bound to not like the way situations are handled.
