      Pros

      Working with great group of people who have each other's backs.

      Cons

      Zero respect for office staff. Salary based on job title and not performance. Upper management makes all the decisions and "recommendations", are dismissive and condescending.

      Pros

      People treat you with the utmost respect. Tasks are given that you can handle based on your skill level. It's a just a pleasure going in there.

      Cons

      Someone of the tasks are monotonous but not the majority you feel like you're helping the company stay on task.

      Pay was good, Office staff was nice.

      Cons

      Overload of work or hardly any no happy medium , unable to get time off, Benefits were not so great
