      Pros

      flexible schedule, understanding, hours available work as much or as little as you want.

      Cons

      unorganized, bad communication. sometimes call me to work while I am already working and other times send me to a location and when I show up the client would say they called and didn't need anyone that day... Cancel visits last minute.
