      Pros

      Benefits, weekly pay, and um toro is super cute

      Cons

      Management is trash. Rude and unprofessional. Has been brought to HR but of course gets ignored. Grown adults treated like children. California people have no idea what its really like being on the phone. We're cross trained for multiple providers so there's "always something to sell" but why can't you just send good calls? Ive been told "Its never the calls its always you" yet there's calls from people thinking they're calling FOOD PLACES, BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANY, WASTE MANAGEMENT! (no joke) but yeah its me.....and not the calls. Oh and I can't wear shoes without a back because it stops me from selling to customers who cant even see me.

      Pros

      Centerfield is a great environment to work, with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are challenged daily from the type of problems you are solving, to the new products you are delivering. Centerfield has an open door policy where your feedback is heard and implemented. Each time a suggestion or concern is a top of mind, I have no problem speaking with my direct manager. Innovation is encouraged. We continuosly see new ideas and solutions surface. This gives freedom to the individuals to try new technology, implement new ways of solving problems, and always focuses on finding ways to put the business in the best possible scenario to succeed. Extremely helpful attitude with the team and senior management. Engineering team is comprised of team members that all bring a unique set of skills. The team has great talent in their engineers, and each of their skills set ultimately makes the team a great resource to the company in an ever evolving world of technology. The culture gives the engineering team freedom to set their goals, plan accordingly projects given, and gives ownership to the teams to see that commitments are met. Working at centerfield has given me the ability to grow in my career 10x, from a technical point of view, to people management, to becoming a more well rounded working professional. The culture in the office is great. People that you work hard with, but also have fun with.

      Cons

      With growth, comes growing pains. Business has grown from a small team, to multiple offices across the US. Trying to align all members under the same vision can be difficult, but not surprising. Team is working hard to bring forth process and standards that will help and bridge the teams across all offices to work smarter and not harder. It takes time, but nothing that is not being addressed in one way or communicated.

      A good growing company with ample of growth opportunity

      Pros

      The engineering stack is very diverse. Due to the growth of the company the tech innovation has become stronger. You’re not only allowed to recommend what technologies to use but if you are committed, can see it a part of the company stack. The seniors in the company come from different technical backgrounds and thus bring a lot to the table. Everyone works as a team, even if it isn’t their project you need help in. Nice collaborative environment. Great benefits and company events.

      Cons

      Some days are a little too busy, part of growing pains.
