      Really appreciate you calling out the culture here - those events and team moments only work because people show up for each other. On the data pipeline issues, fair point; it’s a real focus area and the work isn’t always quick, but we’re pushing to make it more stable and less disruptive over time.

      Will take advantage of you, no work life balance, culture propaganda, terrible pay, doesn’t actually care about improving systems for increased productivity, won’t solve interdepartmental problems, layoffs every year, career guidance is nonexistent
