Pros

Good pay if you are willing to work hard! I mean very hard for good pay. Not stupendous pay for very hard work. So pick your poison.

Cons

You hear about people making almost 6 figures or close to those are top performers, the ones who cannot leave their seats or take vacations. You can but you will lose your spot. Not a job where you can make money if you are not physically all in. But if you do not mind living breathing eating and sweating medicare sales ... for hours and hours and hours this is the job for you. Micromanagement is part of some characteristics of the management style and a matter of compliance of Medicare. If you don't like constant micromanagement this position is not for you. WHeni finally left my son told me Mom, after seeing you hooked to that computer all day everyday for hours... I chose to be free, and continue my job, he's got a hard job but took a look at what i did and for how long, and he later said it was cringy. Even though you may be helping people. It is a sales job and requires constant selling on a constant level.. for the pay to get better and better. I got what I needed and got out!

Pros

There are some AMAZING people at Centerfield- very talented, kind, collaborative, thoughtful, caring. Office space and benefits are excellent. Product and services aren't anything incredibly advanced or "sexy", but they really have dominated this particular space in most ways.

Cons

There is a serious "inner circle" (for lack of a better term) problem in all functions and leadership. If you're not in that circle, don't expect too many opportunities to come your way - and definitely don't voice your opinion or provide/ask for feedback or they'll replace you with a friend/relative/favorite and pay them 3x your salary. If you are in that "circle", don't feel comfortable. Things can make a 180 in the blink of an eye for seemingly no reason at all and you'll be left looking for answers.
