Culture has definitely been much improved and the leadership much more involved with its employees. When I arrived to the company about a year ago there were many, many areas of opportunity but progress has been steady and I can honestly say that I can look back and we are so much better! Holiday employee engagement is promoted and company sponsored lunches as well. Very quick to release surveys to know what the employees have in mind and what their interests are. Competitive benefits such as 4-5% 401k company match. California leadership does make their presence known in our Florida site which is great. Consistent town hall meetings to recognize departments, employees and leadership.

Cons

We need more staff!! Not necessarily a con as it symbolizes our company growth, but Help Is needed. Refresher trainings being held more often will be very beneficial for our sales agents to continue improving quality. Consolidating the amount of programs currently being simultaneously used for the agents. Simplify the process!
