Great establishment to be apart of. The environment and the people are so welcoming and friendly. My favorite job thus far, where employees are acknowledged and commended for their hard work and management appreciates their teams as well.

Cons

Centerfield is not a well known company and it should be !

Pros

Centerfield Media acknowledges your hard work every step of the way. I've been here for several years and the culture has really taken a turn for the better. Fun environment, company outings, and great pay. There is no I in this team. As long as you work hard together, you can make it far. Family oriented.

Cons

There aren't any cons regarding the company, only that there are negative people who still aren't on board with the new look and feel of the Centerfield way of things.

Company does everything that a real sales organization should be doing. Great pay, benefits, company trips, Outings, fun environment and culture. Nice working for a Leader that cares soo much for his employees and makes you feel valued. Family oriented, team work, and alway striding to be world class.

Cons

Need to get Centeredfields name out there more in South FL. Highly sales motivated individuals would want to work here.... y’all are missing out !! So apply already !!!
