Pros

I recently had the opportunity to meet with the management team at Centerfield. Chris, Michael, Calvin and Sal all hold leadership rolls with the company, and after spending some time with them it is easy to tell why. They know the business and what it takes to be successful in this industry. After they took the time to share their vision with me, I immediately wanted to join this team on the road to success. The company has seen substantial growth over the past few years, and based on the information they shared with me. The sky is the limit for Centerfield. They promote a family environment and groom new talent from within.

Cons

None that I can see.

Pros

This is a production driven environment with a BIG cherry on top! For starters they offer a positive and friendly call center environment (yes I said call center), generous base salary + uncapped commissions (some sales jobs don't even pay a base salary weekly and commissions biweekly), great benefits (medical/dental/vision), 401K (they match up to 4%)+ PTO/Sick time (after 90 days you're good). The managers and leaders are all down to earth and supportive plus there's tons of upward mobility. It's almost impossible not to make any money or be successful here unless you dislike inbound telesales or are simply lazy.

Cons

There are some bad lemons that were grandfathered into the new company so some old habits die hard. They don't like change so they complain to others all day and do very little to bring morale up. It can be a bit distracting at times especially when it gets super busy but besides that everything else couldn't be better.

Thank you for the great review and for the work you’re doing in Miramar. We’re glad the supportive leadership, positive environment, and strong earning potential with benefits and growth opportunities are standing out, and we’ll keep focusing on building a culture where people stay aligned, adaptable, and respectful even during busy stretches.

Pros

Potential for good money. Lots of help from coworkers and managers. Benefits after 90 days. Food trucks everyday at lunch.

Cons

High stress. If you quit, or are absent they cut your commissions in half the first day, the next day you only get 30% commission then 20% and so on.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and the candid feedback. We’re glad you’ve had supportive coworkers and managers and see earning potential, and we also hear you on the stress and concerns around how commissions are handled around attendance or departures.
