Long hours - but it is what you put into it. If you don't want to work long hours you don't have to but you want to because you want to see Centerfield be successful.

Great incentives, Health Insurance, 401K. You get paid to be educated there is an opportunity behind every door

Cons

A all in one company portal is needed for all types of communications. there is great communication within each line of business but with all the growth it would be valuable asset for everyone to see/share all the happenings opportunities etc.

I started working for Centerfield March of 2017, Hourly and commissioned based, Great environment to work. Great leaders and once you show you want to grow the opportunities are endless. I became a Team Lead literally in 90 days and its salary based plus bonuses. The VP and directors are down to earth and have a open door policy to assist with any needs. Very clean and safe environment

Cons

The image that our former employees paint to the world is incorrect. There are great worker's that are scared to join the team because of others feedbacks.
