Pros

Since being an employee of this company, I have made the most money than I have at any other job. I enjoy the culture here because we have a lot of fun here and try to keep a good vibe between each other. As an agent, your commission is solely based on your efforts, and it feels good to know that you control your paycheck. There is room for growth, which was a big thing for me. You can start here and the possibilities are endless.

Cons

With any job, there are changes and being an employee at Centerfield, there will be A LOT of changes. One of the major changes was when we changed from Qology to Centerfield Media. With that being said, when major changes occur, there will be kinks to work out. Some will be minor, some will be major. So there was a period where there was some kinks to be worked out where you had to have thick skin to move through. With all the hiccups that happen, I am appreciative of the concern and the effectiveness from management to show appreciation to current employees. The only type of people who would not enjoy this company are people who do not want to work hard and cannot adapt to change.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We’re glad the team, atmosphere, compensation, and learning opportunities have been positives, and we also hear you on the need to raise the bar through stronger hiring and a more consistent, motivating contest structure in the call center.

Pros

There are many numerous benefits that centerfield offers such as unlimited PTO, casual dress, free snacks/coffee, not worrying about being exactly on time every morning, company events, and catered lunches every few weeks. The actual job is challenging but will help you grow in your career and knowledge exponentially. The corporate structure is, for the most part, flat and you will have a say in the work that you do. Hard work is recognized consistently and co-workers reularly assist and offer advice when needed. Fair pay, and amazing health benefits are big plus as well. This is is a great place to start your career.

Cons

Depending on the job, there is always work to do. Finding a work/life balance can be difficult, although you are always encouraged to take time to yourself.
