A Place of Growth - One of the best companies I've worked for!

Pros

There are two divisions of Centerfield Media - the call center in Florida, and the corporate office located in Los Angeles. A lot of people writing reviews on Glassdoor do not work in the LA headquarters. My experience at Centerfield Media in the LA office has been very positive. I've met some of the most passionate, intelligent and driven people in the industry, and people are always looking for opportunities to grow and learn. There is no micro-management and management genuinely cares about your well-being both on a personal and professional level. The LA office just moved into an amazing new space in playa vista - there are weekly food trucks, yoga classes, convenient parking, and a gym. The office also has unlimited snacks and occasional catered lunches. The events department hosts a variety of fun company events throughout the year such as monthly happy hours, casino nights, holiday parties, charity events, etc... Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this company to a friend. The company is constantly growing and working here has been overall rewarding.

Cons

Hours can get long on some days, but in general you are responsible for getting work done, and it's up to you to manage your time accordingly.

Thank you for the thoughtful review and for sharing your experience in our LA office. We’re glad the culture of growth, trust, and support from managers has stood out, and we hear the feedback on longer days at times and the importance of occasional work-from-home days to help maintain balance.

Pros

None at all run the other way

Cons

You can hear executives and new HR people talking in the hallways about how the agents are crap instead of providing additional training. Very unprofessional and clueless about how to run a call center

Thank you for the feedback. We’re glad the pay and benefits have been a positive, and we also hear the concern about micromanagement—our goal is to build an environment with clear expectations and trust so people have the autonomy to do their best work.
