Pros

- Hiring process is thorough and extensive, so coworkers are focused, sharp, and attentive. - The work environment is professional and HR team handles responsibilities with grace and clarity. - Office is spacious and comfortable with lots of light, plants, and effective air conditioning. - Company moves methodically and is directed with intention. Decisions are made slowly with thought out plans, making the work needed to be done as clear as possible. - Health benefits are great, had free health and dental insurance during my employment. - Quarterly bonus checks are nice, even though their dollar amount can fluctuate/vary quarter over quarter, four quarterly bonuses raised my base yearly salary by 15%. - There is no micro time management, projects are up to an individual to complete in a timely manner that is reasonable with good work ethic and effort.

Cons

- Negatives are up to an individual to seek and therefore find. - Are profit sharing bonus checks a method to lower the base salary and only pay out bonuses when there is a profit? Perhaps, but if one makes the decision to work for a company based on the base salary, bonuses are just that, bonuses. - Do unlimited paid time off plans make employees take fewer days off than having a set number of days per year? Maybe, but if you work diligently and with integrity, you will feel when time is needed to be taken away from work, and so your request for time-off will be reasonable, and your time off will be adequate to return to providing a service for a company. - Are free food, snacks, and drinks a way to keep people energized and in the office, rather than having people take periodical food breaks and therefore costing money? Maybe. Do they provide a tax break for the company? Maybe, but the food and drinks are there for one to take or not to take, I took many random non-food breaks here and there during the day, because I needed them, and not once was there any issue - not with management, or with the work produced.

Pros

great company events. great opportunities for advancement. coworkers are all very lovely. catered lunch sometimes. benefits are good. its just a great environment. it can be challenging as well if you are in the right position.

Cons

the unlimited PTO makes it worse than 2 weeks PTO or etc. because they really don't encourage you to take time off and almost count it against you. on top of that, you do not get market salary. Think engineers. average salary in LA around 75k. average salary at centerfield is around 55. Really poor taste. i love doing the work but they don't pay fair wage. The profit sharing bonus is bs as well. they say it makes up 10% of your salary when in reality you prob get 500 bucks every 4 months.

Thank you for the honest feedback and for calling out what’s working - the events, strong coworkers, opportunities to advance, and a challenging environment. We also hear your concerns about compensation competitiveness, how time off feels in practice, and the perceived value of profit sharing, and we take that input seriously as we work to better support and retain great talent.

Pros

Look up a company called Saveology. This is the same company. All the bad reviews are still there.

Cons

All this company does it open up new names but it is still the worst company to work for.
