      Pros

      Centerfield has this habit of taking you in and making you feel like family. Everyone is more than willing to help you when you're stuck on a piece of code or don't know what to do. This is definitely a company where they really do care about your career trajectory. I was given a shot with minimal skill and molded into the engineer I am today. Also, the benefits are super awesome. Hopefully my path leads me back to them!

      Cons

      Very rarely we would have to stay a little later cause of deadlines or a client's need but it comes with the territory.

      Pros

      Besides the partners, and leadership, most of the people are decent, smart, and hard working. The office is clean and professional looking, sometimes not all the time. You get experience because the turnover is so bad.

      Cons

      It's quite possible that you will witness someone truly losing it there. Unless you enjoy that sort of thing, it's hard to believe that you would be happy at Centerfield. The leaders, are the main con and the cause of all the company's problems. Centerfield mocks and insults every person in the company (often using words Glassdoor would ban me for writing). They scream during meetings because nothing is ever good enough. This causes huge turnover and leads to ideas just sitting and gathering dust. Say good-bye to weekends and privacy, managers will hunt you, they will invade you with texts and emails, there is not such thing called after work hours or weekend.
