Pros

Flexible hours, no micro-management, focused work environment, and culture.

Cons

Flat structure leads to miscommunication and poor workflow. Low-pay and no professional growth.

Thank you for the candid feedback. We’re glad the flexibility, focused environment, and autonomy have been positives, and we also hear your concerns about miscommunication in a flatter structure as well as compensation and growth opportunities - those are important areas to keep improving so people can build long-term careers here.

Pros

- Incredibly smart and passionate co-workers - Everyone loves what they do - Executives really care about employees and want to help them succeed - Quarterly Commission/Profit Sharing Bonus - Charity Bonus - Comprehensive Health/Vision/Dental Plan - 401K Matching - Unlimited PTO - Rapidly growing and evolving start-up, which makes every day very exciting This is the kind of job that could be miserable if you had to work with incompetent or unhappy people. Luckily, all of the employees at Centerfield are incredibly smart, passionate, and cooperative! Everyone wants to help each other succeed, and are happy to work together toward the common goal of taking our start-up to the next level. There is nearly limitless potential for career growth, and the fun start-up environment encourages everyone to work their hardest to achieve their potential. I can't imagine working with a more talented or driven team!

Cons

El Segundo isn't the most interesting place in the world, but it's a very central location that lets you take full advantage of West LA.

Fine, but not great.

Pros

It's a "fun" start-up environment. The dog is adorable. Free food is nice, though I wish there were healthier options.

Cons

Please take a look at the dates of the previously submitted reviews. They were incentivized, a sign that this company is not as it appears. There are a lot of opportunities for growth, but definitely not for creative folks. Media buyers get commissions, tech folks are quieted when they try to modernize software, it's a revenue-driven scam company that sacrifices quality for quantity. Health benefits are abysmal and the recently initiated 401k is laughable. They match - thanks, centerfield - but with one of the most notoriously corrupt 401k companies out there. Executives are only out for themselves, despite the bonus structure that leaves workers with a false sense of self-importance. You make millions a year in gross profit - don't give me $500 a quarter "extra" to make up for the extremely low wages and then pat yourselves on the back.
