      - The leaders and the team are very intelligent, a great place to learn. - Unique, fun culture with a dedicated HR team. Very casual dress code! - Open, non-hierarchical, growth-encouraging environment.

      - You have to work really hard to meet the requirements and keep up with the fast paced environment.

      Pros

      Centerfield is a growing company, and its employees grow with it as well. While a relaxed and positive company culture make coming to work fun, the most significant benefit of working here is the close partnership with company executives, which enables employees to learn about business development directly.

      Cons

      Sometimes Toro, the company bulldog and mascot, has been known to get fur on employees indirectly as a result of cuddling
