      Pros

      Great company to work for. Not for slackers. Not a 9-5. Work hard play hard! Only the bright proactive individuals survive and thrive here. 401k match. Great weekly monthly events.

      Cons

      though PTO is unlimited, it seems frowned upon to take any days off.

      - None - El Segundo isn't the most eclectic location, but it is very close to the beach
