      Pros

      The culture is amazing. Lots of employee engagement events. This year we had a Getty Scavenger Hunt, Dave & Buster's party, Bubble Soccer, Casino Night, and a Charity Fair to name a few. We have catered lunches and happy hours as well. It is nice to be able to have some fun since we all work so hard. Everyone here gets a long well and all work together for the success of Centerfield. I also appreciate that I am not micro-managed here. Centerfield is a great place to work, I feel appreciated.

      Cons

      I would like to work from home at least one day a week.

      Overall a great place to be

      Pros

      Centerfield has found the sweet spot between corporate structure and start up flexibility. Processes aren't always perfect but there's enough organization and proper management in place to shift and change as needs arise. Company culture is great, with a lot of outings and happy hours alongside opportunities to give back to the community.

      Cons

      Communication between teams is not always efficient.
