Not many pros at this company. Owner/ upper management seem like decent people but thats about it. Alot of employees that shouldn’t have been hired while many hard workers that the company is relying on are not fairly compensated for their efforts

Centerline has some of the most knowledgeable and skilled people I have ever worked with. Even in a fully remote environment, I feel connected and appreciated.

Cons

Too many layoffs due to merging of internal companies in a short timeframe.
