Pros

Supportive and flexible employer. It is very busy, but have always been able to put my family first when I need to prioritize them. Management is very approachable.

Cons

There have been a few growing pains with acquistions, but they are working through them.

Great place to work, Ecellent Work/Life Balance

Pros

Centerline offers great work/life balance, it is a company that truly believes in the well being of their employees. The work environment is one of the most productive and supportive that I have ever worked in, there is a true sense of Team Effort. Many opportunities for growth and employee advancement. The leadership team, recognizes employee achievements and skills, gives a feeling of appreciation for hard work and dedication. The owners keeps employees up to date on company changes and accomplishments with town hall meetings.

Cons

Been at Centerline for just about 6 months, and the only downside is that the benefits are not the greatest. However, I will say that the HR and Benefits teams are always looking to improve the benefits coverage for employees.
