The office has an accessible breakroom stocked with free coffee and snacks, which is a nice daily perk. Conveniently located just behind the mall, it’s easy to access after work errands or lunch breaks. They also organize monthly activities to promote employee engagement and camaraderie. The company respects Philippine regular holidays and promotes a healthy work-life balance. Overall, a great place to grow and thrive.

Cons

The location may be less convenient for employees living in the southern part of Negros Occidental, but it's easily accessible for those who choose to rent or reside in Bacolod.
