Pros

their checks never bounced. decent pay/benefits.

Cons

this company allowed/forced an all-star team of techs to leave one after another rather than give up micro-managing from the ops chair in MA by a bean-counter with zero knowledge of the field. support by way of trucks/tools/gear always lagged. jersey ofc pm's was a revolving door. they burned many carrier/turf bridges with sub-standard work and the fact that the jersey ofc still operates as of may '17 with just a single two-man crew barely hanging on, is a testament to both their ineptitude in the past and their lack of vision for a sinking ship future. you too may try to "right this ship" as many before you have tried, but with the equivalent of a fresh-faced newly commissioned clueless LT in ops in home office attempting to lead a squad of seasoned combat vets in the field, id advise any qualified tech looking to advance in the bawa/phil/ny metro areas to abandon this ship.

Pros

Growing exponentially in the managed services world. Family oriented and willing to invest in an employee fr long term growth. It takes time to grow but, they are willing to give oppurtunities to great candidates.

Cons

Ever evolving. Constantly changing protocol and procedure to adapt in new environments. No time to get comfortable. Under staffed in a lot of areas.
