Pros

As long as you do what you are supposed to the management doesn't babysit you. Manager are willing to help and support as long as you can justify the reason you need help.

Cons

You might be stuck doing a two man job alone.

Pros

No dress code. Two owners are laid back, genuine guys.

Cons

Worked here for a year. Not many good things to say on how it's run. There's a lot that needs to be fixed internally, i.e. more structure and to follow required legal guidelines. Difficult working at this office as a female, as most of the men are like frat boys. They hire based on friendship instead of truly qualified employees.
