      Study hours, nice co workers,

      To many patients for one tech, compensation is not competitive, health insurance is an absolute joke, holidays and weekends required, lack of appreciation (even long time employees), and you get points for taking off no matter the issue, they fire to many employees with no legit basis

      Generic Prescriptions are free. Co-workers on evening shift

      Cons

      Management, lack of incentives for shifts needing coverage, lack of appreciation from management. The fact that it is a FOR PROFIT hospital. Not having Medium size gloves anywhere in the department, lack of supplies.

      Pros

      The hospital is very nice looking and everything is brand new. Fellow employees are nice and willing to help each other. They have to because their managers will not. Much of the equipment is up to date. The doctors are good to work with.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a place to work where you will be over worked and under appreciated this is the place for you. The managers are poorly trained and do not know how to fix problems between personnel. I lived in fear of losing my job everyday but my evals were great and my patients loved me.
