POOR POOR unethical management Management does NOT support their staff POOR communication; management is not even housed in same building as program! They use their clients for billing and money, EVEN WHEN CLIENTS REFUSE SERVICES

Pros

Flexibility in schedule. Supervisor is mostly laid-back; does not micro-manage. Infrequent, free lunches

Cons

Low pay. No room for growth or pay raises. Feels like upper management strings you along and tells you what you want to hear, but nothing is ever done when you make complaints or suggestions. Communication is extremely poor between regular staff and upper management. You always feel in the dark and don't know what is going on. Loyalty and working hard are not noticed or appreciated. You get nothing for sticking with the company and working your hardest.

Pros

fun coworkers, opportunities to bonus, training potential (great for people starting out in their career).

Cons

productivity expectations- you are expected to make it even if there are things outside your control like no shows, sickness, low caseload, etc. Workers don't get raises and some have been at same pay rate for 5 yrs. I'm looking to leave because I don't trust my supervisor or her supervisor.
