Pros

Co - workers, benefits are decent, and there are essentially no repercussions for negative behavior.

Cons

The management is lacking in leadership skills which leads to a high attrition rate for quality employees and those staying that lend to a toxic environment.

Pros

The clients and making a difference in their lives and having a steady work week with 40 hours and some over time.

Cons

Management was unfair to their employees no chance to move up with the company getting wrote up for minor things that shouldn’t be considered write ups. A lot of favoritism with certain employees given higher privileges than the basic techs who were always given the bad end of the stick. The benefits were not that great at all I ended up quoting without notice which was bad on my part but I had it with the lack of teamwork and favoritism☹️

Pros

Compassionate and committed co-workers, generous paid time off, good benefits, and access to cutting-edge research in behavioral health treatment

Cons

Leadership seems to be completely out of touch with direct service delivery and tools needed for employees to do their jobs. The EHR used does not have complete functionality for reporting, requiring employees to manually track some data and is filled with glitches our IT Dept and the vendor seem unable to fix. Raises and bonuses are few and far between, and most similar agencies in the state pay considerably more for nearly every job classification making recruitment of new staff and retaining current staff difficult. Turnover is a big problem which affects both employees and more importantly, clients.
